#1. The Template (Seen Below) is to list all available information on the story, including a "Prompt" if its a response to a challenge.
#2. Please include warnings for content in the description ([Graphic] Violence, Sexual situations, Strong Language, etc).
#3. Don't Forget to include a disclaimer and the optional authors note with the your story (preferably behind the cut).
#4. Tags for your username will be created like so: Author:weber_dubois22, to keep better track your stories whenever their posted here.

"October 28th, 1994, No more than Fifteen Years ago, Roland Emmerich's Sci-Fi/Fantasy Classic, Stargate, was released to the public worldwide. Stargate tells the tale of a struggling professor, Daniel Jackson (James Spader), attempting to prove the pyramids of Giza were older than originally believed to be. When recruited by an old woman, He and six other men end up on a adventure that takes them to another world, via a "Stargate". While it received mixed reviews upon its release, it went on to gain a cult following on Home Video and DVD and 3 years after its theatrical release, spawned a television series, Stargate SG-1 (1997) which went on to become very popular and spawned several other spin-offs (including one bad animated series), while the film was all but forgotten. If your a fan of the movie (and the series), then feel free to join."
